12.1. Attendance Requirements
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions in the didactic and clinical phase of the Program.
For all courses, students must notify the course coordinator by e-mail in advance if they are unable to attend class. E-mail communication should indicate the expected length of and reasons for the absence. Absences will only be excused for acceptable reasons, such as emergencies or illness. Absences due to illness that extend beyond two days will require a note from a medical provider stating the student was seen for illness and unable to attend class. Students must notify their faculty advisor of planned absence for religious reasons in advance of the beginning of the semester in which the absence will occur according to section
