9.4.1 Incompletes
When extenuating circumstances interfere with successful completion of a course, learners may petition for an Incomplete on or before the date grades are due to the Registrar, which must be approved by the course faculty and MSDA Program Director or MSDA Programmatic Committee. Guidelines for completing the course and the time period within which it must be completed will be specified by the course faculty. Any incompletes expected to extend beyond the next semester must be approved by the Program Director or MSDA ProgrammaticCommittee and handled on an individual, case-by-case basis.
