10.1 Certificate Requirement
Granting of the Certificate of Advanced Study in Reading is contingent upon successful completion of all required courses with a grade of “C” or better, and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Additionally, for the Certificate of Advanced Study in Literacy and Language (with licensure), students must complete all paperwork associated with applying for their Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (ESE) license as a reading specialist (See Appendix E).
